Originally formed in 1991 as Martham Vineyard Christian Fellowship, we became New Wine Christian Fellowship in 2004. In 2025 we changed our name to better reflect our heart and role within the community.
Today we are known as Martham Community Church - a welcoming, open and inclusive Christian church, right in the centre of the community.
We are a mixed group of people of different ages, backgrounds, and experiences of faith. Yet in the midst of that diversity, we are united in our vision:
Loving God, loving one another and to share that love with our community
As Christians we carry a testimony of God’s transforming love - His forgiveness, His acceptance, His deliverance, His restoration, as Jesus continues to work in us and through us today.
Our desire it to help people encounter the love of God through Jesus Christ
We pray that we will know Him and His and peace, in order to live in joy and hope, seeking first His Kingdom and His righteousness.
We are part of a bigger international family of churches called Relational Mission.
